Refund Policy

All deposits and entry fees are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this policy or where required by applicable law.
2. Match Cancellations
If a match is cancelled due to a technical error on our platform or if no opponent is found, the entry fee will be automatically refunded to your account balance.
3. Disputed Matches
In the event of a dispute where a match cannot be fairly decided, the administration reserves the right to void the match and refund the entry fees to both participants.
4. Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., cheating, fraud), you forfeit any meaningful balance and no refunds will be issued.
5. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to an error, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the incident with full details and any supporting evidence.
